  • •Support TSA exit plans and system transitions.
  • •Evaluate systems, tools, and vendor relationships.
  • •Recommend improvements aligned with enterprise standards.
  • •Partner with Global Infrastructure & Operations teams.
  • •Implement best practices in monitoring and incident management.
  • •Establish and document processes, metrics, and KPIs.
  • •Drive continuous improvement in operations.
  • •Coach and mentor regional technical staff.
  • •Collaborate with architecture and security teams.
  • •Ensure alignment with global technology roadmaps.
