Anforderungen
- •Apprenticeship in a technical profession, college diploma, or equivalent education or experience
- •5+ years practical hands-on experience as IT Engineer, Support Engineer, or IT Administrator
- •Basic developer skills in Databases & SQL, Unix & Scripting, Java
- •Experience as DevOps Engineer and CI/CD
- •Basics in Agile/SAFe methodology
- •Ability to communicate with management, business, IT, and vendor
- •Independent, efficient, proactive, and meticulous ways of working
- •Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- •Experience in troubleshooting general IT issues
- •MCSA certification, ITIL foundation certification, or similar education
- •English (business fluent, C1/C2), German (basic, A2)

Deine Aufgaben
- •Provide end-to-end 1st and 2nd level support for the Securities Lending and Borrowing solution
- •Ensure system availability and manage run-the-bank issues
- •Handle system releases to maintain seamless operations
- •Support business colleagues in their daily tasks and conduct investigations
- •Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements for systems and processes
- •Participate in daily routines and ceremonies as part of an agile organization
- •Contribute expertise to quarterly Program Increment Planning (PI)
- •Act as a liaison between the team, Central IT, and external vendors
