  • •Enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s student
  • •Strong English writing and communication skills
  • •Deadline management and proactive escalation skills
  • •Structured and self-driven working style
  • •Exposure to HRIS, ideally Workday
  • •Experience with Microsoft 365 and Excel
  • •Interest in HR transformation and systems

Education

Currently in higher education

Tasks

  • •Execute and adapt standard test cases
  • •Document test results and defects accurately
  • •Support User Acceptance Testing across HR modules
  • •Draft internal communications and intranet content
  • •Assist HR stakeholders with change management activities
  • •Identify and flag process improvement opportunities
  • •Create FAQs and end-user support guides
  • •Structure content for global scalability
  • •Coordinate and follow up on implementation topics
  • •Prepare data and perform basic analyses
