Requirements

• •Enrollment in Business, Psychology, Business Psychology, Education, Social Sciences, or Communication Studies
• •Enthusiasm for learning, digitalization, and content creation
• •Agile, hands-on attitude, creativity, perseverance, flexibility, and responsibility
• •Interest in learning technologies and digital tools
• •Confidence in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• •Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Tasks

• •Contribute to the administration of the Learning Management System
• •Promote training and development programs
• •Drive continuous improvement of user experience
• •Create and curate learning content aligned with business objectives
• •Coordinate internal training offers with subject matter experts
• •Enhance stakeholder coordination and communication skills
• •Gather feedback and analyze training data for effectiveness
• •Update training documentation and suggest improvements
• •Implement tasks to drive learning engagement
• •Accelerate a self-enabled continuous learning culture
