  • Support Project Managers with the Budget Control Tool
  • Help develop the Budget Control Tool
  • Maintain data quality in the Budget Control Tool
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with the Budget Control Tool
  • Support migration activities for the Budget Control Tool
  • Monitor Budget Control Tool performance
  • Investigate and resolve technical problems
  • Perform root cause analysis for technical issues
  • Escalate complex issues to the BCT team
  • Handle day-to-day user support
  • Perform data integrity checks
  • Perform data plausibility checks
  • Document processes
  • Create user guides for onboarding
  • Create user guides for new features

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Business Fluent

Tools & Technologies

  • Excel
  • Macro programming
