Requirements

  • Enrolled student in communication, media, marketing, design, or comparable course of study
  • Practical experience and interest in communication, strategy, storytelling, content creation
  • Very good written and oral German and English skills
  • Structured, creative, independent work style
  • High initiative and organizational skills
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration with stakeholders
  • Willingness to work occasionally on-site in Stuttgart or Böblingen

Tasks

  • Support internal communications on strategic and operational topics
  • Collaborate with various departments and external contacts
  • Create target group-oriented content for internal channels
  • Plan and coordinate events with locations and service providers
  • Ensure smooth event execution and provide on-site support
  • Conceive and implement communication formats like flashlights and town halls
  • Maintain and develop the SharePoint as the central information platform
  • Prepare user-oriented content for SharePoint
  • Optimize information architecture and ensure content is up-to-date

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent
