Requirements

  • First experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects) or other creative tools
  • Enthusiasm for digital technologies, XR, and innovation topics
  • Willingness to occasionally work on site in Stuttgart or Böblingen
  • Structured, creative, and independent working style
  • Enjoyment of teamwork

Tasks

  • Support XReality editorial team in internal communication
  • Collaborate with various departments and external stakeholders
  • Create and edit content for internal platforms
  • Prepare topics in a target-group-oriented and engaging way
  • Support creation of image, video, and film material
  • Contribute to development of creative communication formats
  • Use modern AI-powered tools like Microsoft Copilot
  • Assist with preparation, follow-up, and documentation of communication formats

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent
