In this role, you will collaborate with recruiters to streamline the hiring process, from scheduling interviews to crafting job postings. You will also gain hands-on experience in talent sourcing and conducting interviews, all while contributing to a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• •Studying economics, humanities, or business administration with a focus on human resources
• •Time and interest to support as a working student for at least two semesters
• •High interest in recruiting and talent acquisition
• •Initial internships or similar working student positions in recruiting and active sourcing in IT, agency, or digital environment
• •Open-mindedness, proactivity, and ability to set priorities
• •Very good communication skills and fluency in German and English
