Requirements

  • Enrolled student in business, HR, psychology, or comparable study
  • Interest in agile working and project management
  • Ideally first contact with agile frameworks
  • Enjoyment of organization, communication, and stakeholder management
  • Comfort in cross-team environments
  • Structured, reliable, and independent working style
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Very good written and spoken English

Tasks

  • Support Scrum Masters and Product Owners in agile operations
  • Prepare and follow up on workshops, retrospectives, and meetings
  • Organize cross-team events and formats
  • Assist with project management tasks
  • Execute smaller sub-projects independently
  • Design appealing presentations
  • Create interactive Mural boards
  • Provide operational support to the manager and team

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent
