Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or comparable program
  • Strong interest in project coordination, organization, digital mobility, software, and future technologies
  • Reliability, detail-orientation, and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Confident communication with different stakeholders in a professional environment
  • Well-organized with proactive and hands-on mindset
  • Comfortable working with MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Fluent German and English

Tasks

  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings
  • Prepare management meetings and Board committees
  • Provide briefing support and internal alignments
  • Document and present meeting outcomes
  • Track and report committee decisions and resolutions
  • Collaborate with the management team on responsibilities and deadlines
  • Support the T2 transformation and change program
  • Facilitate communication between management, teams, and stakeholders
  • Organize workshops, events, and cross-functional collaboration formats
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Process travel expenses

Education

  • Currently in higher education

  • German – Fluent
  • English – Fluent
