  • •Confident handling of MS Office or Google Suite
  • •First practical experience desirable
  • •Business fluent in English, German desirable
  • •Team player, communicative, independent way of working

Tasks

  • •Support the Procurement team with Strategic Purchasing projects
  • •Set up Non-Disclosure Agreements during tendering
  • •Request and evaluate offers
  • •Prepare selection reports
  • •Assist in setting up and managing contractual agreements with suppliers
  • •Develop project management skills
  • •Generate project plans and establish reporting schemes
  • •Analyze relevant KPIs
  • •Manage risks within the procurement perimeter
  • •Collaborate with strategic buyers and internal customers
  • •Conduct market research and data analysis for commodity strategy updates
  • •Evaluate supplier operational and strategic excellence
  • •Plan and execute small improvement projects
