- Document edge cases and unexpected behaviors for QA and product refinement
- Assist in preparing and analyzing data for discovery phases
- Help synthesize findings from user interviews, market research, and internal metrics
- Explore and understand new concepts
- Prepare summaries and insights to inform discovery decisions
- Maintain and improve internal product documentation for features and processes
