Requirements

  • Enrolled Master's student in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Innovation Management, or comparable field
  • Knowledge of innovation management
  • Interest in digital transformation, AI, and modern production technologies
  • Ideally initial experience with Microsoft Power Platform or motivation to learn
  • Structured and independent work manner
  • Enjoyment of discovering new topics and forward-thinking
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Programming skills welcome
  • Willingness to collaborate on-site in Stuttgart or Karlsruhe
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Tasks

  • Research innovative production and logistics technologies
  • Analyze and evaluate new technical methods
  • Advance technology and idea scouting processes
  • Build dashboards and automations using PowerBI
  • Design presentations and conduct data evaluations
  • Prepare materials for upcoming workshops
  • Create and refine internal training content
  • Support the delivery of training formats
