You will drive product excellence by supporting cross-functional initiatives, from managing Beta programs to upskilling the team, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of key outcomes.

• •Quantitative degree or business management
• •Excellent English communication skills
• •Prior stakeholder coordination experience
• •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Very good MS Office knowledge
• •Independent and team-oriented work
• •Ability to meet tight deadlines

• •Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

• •AI and Automation improvement skills
• •Product team work experience
• •Quantitative analysis of complex data

Tasks

• •Support cross-product initiatives with the Product Excellence team
• •Assist with daily product management activities
• •Coordinate programs and processes with relevant stakeholders
• •Collect and analyze results and insights
• •Support onboarding and upskilling for the Product Management Group
• •Create documentation and materials for training sessions
• •Improve initiative efficiency and contribute to special projects
• •Support stakeholders with Beta programs and customer feedback
• •Assist with Design Partner initiatives
• •Coordinate cross-functional teams and track action items
• •Ensure timely delivery of project outcomes
