Requirements

Tasks

  • •Support the rollout of digital solutions in international markets
  • •Conduct make-or-buy analyses for software solutions
  • •Develop and execute training programs for employees
  • •Act as the first point of contact for software-related issues
  • •Monitor software usage and analyze key performance metrics
  • •Work with Product, Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams
  • •Manage independent projects from research to user onboarding
