Requirements

  • Enrollment as a student in business administration, economics, mathematics, physics, or related field
  • Initial practical experience
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel
  • Basic knowledge of programming with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
  • Enjoyment of independent work
  • Strong organizational skills, goal-oriented and structured work
  • Strong affinity for numbers and quick grasp of concepts
  • Analytical and strategic thinking, proactive approach

Tasks

  • Analyze and redesign existing processes
  • Develop and implement optimization ideas
  • Review control and analysis sheets (Excel and database extracts)
  • Reconcile sheets with trading systems
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies with relevant departments
  • Program simple Excel macros, including in VBA
  • Contribute independently to cross-functional projects
  • Conduct research for the team
  • Prepare team materials
  • Coordinate team tasks

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
