  • Enrolled student in business administration, engineering, computer science, business informatics, data/business analytics, or comparable field
  • Strong organizational and structuring skills
  • Reliable, self-driven working style
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence interacting with diverse stakeholders
  • High interest in strategic topics
  • High interest in portfolio management
  • High interest in cross-functional collaboration
  • First experience with Jira/Confluence is a plus
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Very good written and spoken English

Tasks

  • Shape the future of the engineering tool ecosystem
  • Drive innovation and efficiency across CARIAD and Volkswagen Group
  • Contribute to increased transparency and steering capability
  • Support the JOIN core team hands-on
  • Orchestrate a strategically relevant, cross-organizational initiative
  • Continuously improve processes, methods, and tools for the JOIN initiative
  • Organize and facilitate JOIN workshops and sprints
  • Prepare and document JOIN workshops and sprints
  • Track decisions and action items from JOIN workshops and sprints
  • Prepare and follow up on Steering Committee meetings
  • Brief and update top-management on decisions and status
  • Coordinate and align cross-work-package activities
  • Maintain a consistent JOIN big picture and communication landscape
  • Prepare and maintain portfolio, product, financial, and resource data
  • Report and monitor portfolio-wide data
  • Support the harmonization of CARIAD’s reporting landscape
  • Evaluate existing reporting platforms
  • Define harmonization strategies
  • Contribute to pilot projects using Microsoft Copilot for AI-supported reporting

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent
