- Fluent English and German (spoken and written)
- Based in Munich and available to work regularly from office
- Interest in Learning & Development, Employee Experience, or HR topics
- Digitally savvy, interest in using modern tools and technologies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Hands-on, proactive, and reliable working style
- Open, friendly, and service-oriented personality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Passion for culture, employee engagement, and continuous learning
Tasks
- Support daily office operations and workplace experience
- Coordinate office services and supplier management
- Assist with small space-related projects and office improvements
- Act as a point of contact for workplace and office topics
- Ensure a welcoming, well-organized, and inspiring environment
- Coordinate vendors and general office management tasks
- Plan and execute local employee engagement events
- Collaborate on global engagement activities and events
- Contribute creative ideas for fostering connection and well-being
- Promote a positive and inclusive company culture
- Support HR administrative tasks, focusing on onboarding
- Prepare and share internal communications on People & Culture
- Contribute to global communication and engagement initiatives
- Support global Learning & Development initiatives
- Coordinate trainings, workshops, and internal development programs
- Manage the internal online Academy platform
- Support content coordination and updates for the Academy
- Track learning-related data and participation
- Evaluate the impact of learning initiatives
