  • Studies in Computer Science or IT
  • Basic understanding of operating systems and software
  • Familiarity with hardware and troubleshooting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Teamwork and multitasking ability

Tasks

  • Provide L1 support for local employees
  • Assist with hardware issues (laptops, iPhones, docking stations)
  • Perform factory resets and driver updates
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Document and hand over complex problems to 2nd level colleagues
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions
  • Update knowledge base articles and documentation
  • Follow up with users until issues are resolved
  • Offer excellent customer service to all end users

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
