Working Student IT Administrator(m/w/x)
First-level IT support, managing requests in Jira Service Management and supporting Google Workspace. Basic networking concepts and Apple device troubleshooting required. 28 days paid time off, additional days between Christmas and New Year.
Requirements
- Enrollment in German university (e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or related field)
- First experience in IT support, helpdesk, or customer support
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
- Understanding of modern workplace tools (e.g. Slack, Google Meet)
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP, WiFi, VLANs)
- Comfortable working in Apple ecosystem (macOS, iOS)
- Familiarity with SaaS environments and tools
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset
- Clear communication skills in English (C1) and ability to support non-technical users
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Exposure to IT security / InfoSec / SecOps topics
- Experience with conferencing systems or office infrastructure
- Experience with MDM solutions
Tasks
- Provide first-level IT support
- Manage and resolve requests via Jira Service Management
- Support user and access management in Google Workspace
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding
- Troubleshoot issues on Apple devices and SaaS tools
- Maintain and improve modern workplace setup
- Document solutions and improve IT processes
