Requirements

  • •Enrollment in a degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Data/Analytics, or equivalent practical experience
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft 365 admin tools (Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
  • •Experience with hardware support
  • •Strong communication skills to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical colleagues
  • •Experience with HubSpot, scripting, automation tools, dashboard tools, data basics, web development, and/or IT security

  • •Manage computer hardware inventory and setup
  • •Provide troubleshooting and user support

  • •Contribute to automation initiatives using AI tools
  • •Support dynamic dashboard development
  • •Assist with data warehousing and hosting support
