Requirements

  • Full-time student in business administration (accounting or finance focus) or comparable field of study
  • Basic knowledge of accounting
  • Optimally first knowledge in IFRS
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Suite
  • Desirable initial experience with SAP
  • Fluent/negotiable English
  • Desirable German, French, or Spanish
  • Student status

Tasks

  • Support preparing financial statements closing
  • Prepare kick-off presentations for financial statements closing
  • Coordinate with the reporting team on closing activities
  • Support implementing the new Airbus consolidation tool
  • Assist the consolidation team with closing activities
  • Document internal controls for the consolidation team
  • Execute tasks in SAP consolidation software
  • Improve documentation for standard consolidation entries
  • Communicate with international teams on surveys and initiatives

  • Currently in higher education
