  • Creativity and enjoyment in developing new ideas and concepts

  • Good project management skills
  • Fluent in English; German proficiency would be a plus
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility

Tasks

  • Contribute to the Sustainability Ambition and Roadmap plan
  • Support the implementation of concrete sustainability actions
  • Conduct market analysis for impact innovation activities
  • Assist in business development activities related to wildfire fighting and sustainable aviation fuel
  • Actively participate in dedicated project management
  • Measure performance within the Airbus Defence and Space domain
  • Inspire others to integrate sustainability into business practices
  • Assist in employee engagement and communication efforts
  • Manage the team newsletter and maintain the Google Site

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Basic
