Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in degree program (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related)
  • At least 20 hours/week availability
  • Motivation and interest in finance, numbers, and scaling
  • Experience with Google Sheets/Excel for financial models, scenarios, reports
  • Experience with Google Slides/PowerPoint for financial presentations
  • Excellent English and German language skills (C1/C2)
  • Comfortable communicating across finance, product, and leadership teams
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple workstreams
  • Accuracy under tight deadlines
  • Problem solver, adaptable in dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Relevant experience in finance, controlling, consulting, or related area (plus)
  • Previous exposure to energy market or tech startup (plus)
  • High motivation

Tasks

  • Assist in financial planning
  • Prepare financial scenarios for investors
  • Support monthly closing process
  • Gain hands-on experience in accounting
  • Gain hands-on experience in controlling
  • Gain hands-on experience in reporting
  • Work with internal stakeholders
  • Build financial models
  • Evaluate cost structures
  • Evaluate revenue structures
  • Translate numbers into actionable recommendations

  • Currently in higher education
