Requirements

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, or comparable field
• First practical experience in HR, communications, or organizational development
• Self-motivation, responsibility, and organized planning skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and quick software adaptation
• Action-oriented working style and interest in contemporary HR
• Proficient German and English communication skills
• Experience with design or editing tools (Desirable)

• Develop original ideas for employer branding initiatives
• Support strategic development of global recruiting activities
• Create and publish engaging job postings across relevant channels
• Design and optimize HR systems and internal communication platforms
• Plan and execute global onboarding initiatives
• Enhance candidate experience through onboarding and branding efforts
• Manage end-to-end smaller recruiting and branding projects
• Evaluate outcomes of recruiting and branding efforts
• Analyze data and support reporting tasks
• Prepare presentations and decision templates for management
• Improve internal processes and communication formats through team collaboration
