- Support strategic development of global recruiting activities
- Create and publish engaging job postings across relevant channels
- Design and optimize HR systems and internal communication platforms
- Plan and execute global onboarding initiatives
- Enhance candidate experience through onboarding and branding efforts
- Manage end-to-end smaller recruiting and branding projects
- Evaluate outcomes of recruiting and branding efforts
- Analyze data and support reporting tasks
- Prepare presentations and decision templates for management
- Improve internal processes and communication formats through team collaboration
