Requirements

  • Enrollment in Business, Psychology, or comparable program
  • Practical experience in international HR context
  • Organizational competence and prioritization skills
  • Structured working style and clear communication
  • Enjoyment of administrative and conceptual work
  • Advanced MS Office skills and bilingual fluency

Tasks

  • Support the international HR team with personnel topics
  • Contribute to strategic and operational HR work
  • Develop HR programs and contribute original ideas
  • Design and implement People Development initiatives
  • Implement Talent Management and Diversity programs
  • Support the Leadership Development agenda and events
  • Manage project components for Early-Career programs
  • Coordinate technical training and the Graduate Program
  • Analyze and evaluate existing development formats
  • Perform feedback analysis and derive optimization measures
  • Organize and coordinate trainings and events
  • Manage participants and scout event locations
  • Prepare presentations and internal decision-making documents
  • Create conceptual materials for internal stakeholders
  • Provide organizational support for ongoing development initiatives
