- •High initiative, curiosity, and entrepreneurial mindset
- •Proficiency in MS Office

- •Excellent written and spoken German and English
- •Continuous enrollment as a student

- •Identify and screen high-potential early-stage tech startups
- •Analyze market trends and competitive business models
- •Support startup evaluations and due diligence processes
- •Maintain deep insights into AI, robotics, and mobility tech
- •Help build the company's new venture accelerator program
- •Engage with founders at demo days and industry conferences
- •Manage venture databases and CRM systems like PitchBook
- •Coordinate internal and external ecosystem communication
