As a working student in embedded software development, you will create software for test equipment and phasemeter systems, while also developing drivers and supporting software architecture in the Avionics team.

Requirements

  • Enrollment as a full-time student in Computer Science or equivalent field
  • First practical experience in embedded software development
  • Basic knowledge of microcontroller architecture
  • Basic knowledge of Real-Time Operating Systems
  • Experience in coding with C programming language
  • Fluency in German and English

Tasks

  • Develop software for test equipment
  • Create software for phasemeter interferometry systems
  • Engage in embedded software development for microcontrollers
  • Develop drivers for standard microcontroller communication interfaces
  • Implement data link to Field Programmable Gate Arrays
  • Support architecture of controller software
  • Develop software for interface drivers and data processing functions
