In this role, you will support the AI strategy and communication efforts within the Transformation and Digitalization Office. Day-to-day tasks will involve documenting AI use cases, creating engaging content for the intranet, and facilitating internal communication to drive innovation.

Requirements

  • Studying business administration, industrial engineering, or similar
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with AI is of advantage

Tasks

  • Assist in designing and documenting AI use cases
  • Organize AI use cases across Knorr-Bremse
  • Support the AI learnings journey and internal alignments
  • Create and implement AI strategy content for the intranet
  • Develop Call-To-Actions and news for the intranet
  • Facilitate community building and internal communication
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for executive board and top management
  • Collect and consolidate data for process mining benefits using Celonis
  • Align with business areas and functions on benefits data
  • Update status per workstream for Celonis
  • Manage Celonis admin tasks to ensure platform access and functionality
  • Support agenda and content collection for Know-How sessions
  • Assist in designing and implementing the communication strategy and plan
