In this role, you will actively contribute to the transformation by supporting the Business Management System team, integrating data for better decision-making, and assisting users with their BMS needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve hands-on learning with cutting-edge tools and creating essential documentation.

Requirements

  • Enrollment as a full-time student in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Aerospace, or equivalent field
  • Passion for uncovering insights from data
  • Experience with Google Workspace and data visualization tools (Qlik Sense)
  • Experience using Large Language Models (LLMs), such as ChatGPT and Gemini
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (German, French, Spanish) considered a plus
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Team player with excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously

Tasks

  • Support the company's transformation through the Business Management System
  • Assist the Business Management System team in using the ARIS platform
  • Integrate and analyze data to enhance decision-making
  • Develop requirements management based on ISO9001/EN9100 quality standards
  • Assist business users with BMS-related inquiries
  • Publish content for the Business Management System
  • Create documentation for processes
  • Utilize advanced AI tools for practical applications
