Requirements

  • Master's program enrollment in Law, Political Science, Business Administration, Communication, or related field
  • Genuine interest in AI, AI governance, and EU AI Act
  • Prior exposure to risk classification, transparency obligations, or AI compliance
  • Strong writing skills and good feel for tone
  • Ability to adapt writing style for policy, event copy, and LinkedIn posts
  • Structured, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluent German (written and spoken)
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Tasks

  • Organize and execute event formats
  • Develop expert panels and workshops
  • Assist with initial drafts and session structures
  • Conduct post-event follow-ups
  • Draft and proofread content for newsletters
  • Draft and proofread content for LinkedIn
  • Draft and proofread event descriptions
  • Draft and proofread training content
  • Translate AI regulation into accessible formats
  • Translate policy developments into accessible formats
  • Use tools like Miro or Mentimeter
  • Support the Bavarian AI Act Accelerator
  • Assist with training logistics
  • Engage with participants during live sessions
  • Engage with trainers during live sessions
  • Help with post-processing data for project documentation
  • Update educational materials
  • Update slide decks
  • Research European AI regulation
  • Monitor AI regulation sphere
