Requirements

  • Enrollment in Bachelor’s/Master’s program (Business Admin, Informatics, Engineering, Management)
  • Familiarity with AI and GenAI tools
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to draft accurate, clear documents and presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Experience with task automation or new software tools (plus)
  • Critical thinking ability
  • Ability to propose creative solutions
  • Proactive and self-reliant
  • Well-organized
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Effective collaboration across teams
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in German
  • Enrollment in university or gap year (for internship)
  • Certificate of enrollment (exception gap year)
  • Valid Work and residence permit (for non-EU citizens)

  • Update Confluence pages
  • Create newsletters
  • Draft announcements
  • Provide regular updates on progress and impact
  • Conduct research on GenAI trends
  • Research GenAI tools
  • Research GenAI use cases
  • Present research findings
  • Propose new ideas
  • Execute proposed ideas
  • Support report preparation for program updates
  • Support presentation preparation for program updates
  • Support decision document preparation for program updates
