- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback
- Drive continuous improvement based on feedback
- Maintain solutions post-implementation
- Train procurement staff on system usage and best practices
- Support wider user community with training and guidance
- Ensure vendor compliance with system requirements
- Address vendor issues and concerns
- Document processes and workflow changes
- Update training materials and desk instructions
- Support ERP team with punch-out catalog integration
- Create and maintain internal Workday catalogues
- Train and support sites in catalogue creation and maintenance
