- •Experience building integrations in Workday Studio
- •Ownership of integrations in production Workday
- •Ability to interpret vendor specifications
- •Support for multi-country payroll integrations
- •Strong debugging and analytical skills
- •High documentation discipline
- •Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders
- •Greenhouse and Workday integration experience
- •Experience with APdata, ADP, or Payslip.com
- •Familiarity with SAP, Ledgy, or Pigment
- •Scripting knowledge in Python or JavaScript
- •Exposure to Workday Extend or Orchestrate

Tasks
- •Design and build integrations using Workday Studio and APIs
- •Monitor integration health and proactively resolve errors
- •Troubleshoot complex issues caused by system or vendor changes
- •Maintain and improve payroll integrations for global compliance
- •Stabilize data flows between Greenhouse and Workday
- •Sync employee lifecycle events across various systems
- •Improve identity and provisioning flows with Azure
- •Create high-quality technical documentation and runbooks
- •Coordinate testing and releases to minimize production risk
- •Automate manual processes with scalable integration solutions
