Work Control Specialist(m/w/x)
Scheduling maintenance for USAFE GPMS Vehicles Fleet, analyzing data, and ensuring USAF compliance. USAF experience required. Health, dental, and vision insurance.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in personal computers, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Previous work in DPAS or ability to complete USAF DPAS courses
- Previous work in FM&A section preferred
- USAF experience required
- Valid home country driver’s license and ability to obtain host nation driver’s license
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Three years’ experience in administrative capacity, preferably in vehicle maintenance
- Background in data entry and analysis preferred
- Authorization to work in host country
- Works in maintenance shop or warehouse environment, may work outdoors
- May be exposed to extreme noise from operating equipment
- Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Physically capable of duties, lifting/pushing/pulling minimum 50 lbs.
- Able to travel domestically and internationally
- Able to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years specialized experience, OR Associate's degree plus 7 years specialized experience, OR Major certification plus 7 years specialized experience, OR 11 years specialized experience
Tasks
- Plan and schedule maintenance for USAFE GPMS Vehicles Fleet
- Analyze vehicle maintenance data and requirements
- Ensure compliance with USAF mandatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with PWS and DynCorp ISO 9001:2015 QMS
- Initiate and submit annual and monthly maintenance schedules
- Monitor workload and control workflow with supervision
- Monitor VDP vehicles and inform supervision of status changes
- Work with Material Control to enter received parts in DPAS
- Ensure one-time repair limits are not exceeded
- Perform acceptance LTI for recently received vehicles
- Initiate and monitor all LTI dispositions
- Maintain and edit vehicle historical records
- Enter vehicle data in DPAS and provide information upon request
- Initiate vehicle Material Deficiency Reports using JDRS
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Promote a safe work environment
- Complete all required safety training
- Participate in emergency response tasks
- Serve on safety committees and teams
- Adhere to Amentum Quality Policy
- Carry out job activities in compliance with Amentum Quality System
- Read and understand Quality Management and Customer Satisfaction responsibilities
- Read and implement operational, safety, quality, and environmental requirements
