Website Growth Manager / Growth Engineer(m/w/x)
Optimizing website conversion rates and user journeys for B2B SaaS SMBs. 4-7+ years in growth or CRO roles required. Unlimited PTO, annual learning budget.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years in growth, web, or CRO-focused roles in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience with website management (CMS tools), CRO, A/B testing
- Experience with marketing automation/CRM systems, analytics tools
- Strong technical and analytical mindset
- Comfortable building and analyzing data
- Systems thinker understanding traffic-conversion-pipeline
- High ownership focused on revenue impact
- Fast executor able to ship and iterate quickly
- Experience with PLG/self-serve funnels, ABM/personalized web, front-end development
- Experience in multi-region setups
Tasks
- Optimize website traffic, lead, and pipeline conversion
- Enhance conversion rates, user journeys, and page performance
- Ensure website is fast, scalable, and structured for conversion
- Manage website layer of PLG motion for small SMBs
- Partner with Product Marketing and Product to define value proposition and conversion flows
- Optimize landing, signup, and activation journeys
- Improve signup conversion rates, activation rates, and funnel drop-off points
- Build and manage advanced website experiences for ABM
- Create personalized landing pages and account-specific experiences
- Support Demand Gen and Sales in target account engagement
- Ensure website supports higher-complexity buying journeys
- Own CRO strategy and execution for landing pages, core website pages, and forms
- Run structured experiments including A/B testing, messaging variations, and UX/UI changes
- Work closely with Digital Lead, PMM, and Brand
- Manage and improve CMS, integrations with CRM and marketing tools
- Ensure clean data capture and reliable tracking across the funnel
- Maintain scalability for campaigns and experiments
- Ensure accurate tracking of conversion rates, source-to-pipeline performance, and user behavior
- Identify funnel bottlenecks, drop-off points, and high-intent signals
- Support data-driven optimization decisions
- Enable regional Demand Gen teams with campaign landing pages and conversion flows
- Ensure consistency and fast execution across regions
