Tasks
- Hold 3PL partners accountable to SLAs and KPIs
- Monitor performance and conduct structured reviews
- Track corrective actions for identified gaps
- Serve as primary liaison between 3PL and Spreetail’s central functions
- Translate strategic requirements into operational instructions
- Monitor real-time inventory levels and order statuses
- Plan shipments using WMS (Linnworks)
- Ensure on-time delivery and flag discrepancies
- Maintain strict adherence to Spreetail’s SOPs
- Act as lead point of contact for system updates and new SOPs
- Manage new client onboarding processes
- Produce regular operational reports for internal stakeholders
- Analyze WMS data for on-time shipment, order accuracy, and inbound receive performance
- Identify continuous process improvement opportunities
- Build collaborative relationships to implement changes
