Tasks
- •Report to the Warehouse Shift Leader
- •Draft and prepare inbound and outbound documents
- •Archive operational documentation
- •Serve as the administrative contact for customers
- •Handle driver registration and document verification
- •Record seal numbers and verify CMR documents
- •Register all incoming and outgoing goods
- •Manage filing and verify invoices for received goods
- •Post internal and external goods movements
- •Coordinate with customer service and transport teams
- •Prepare daily load performance reports
- •Create inbound and outbound files during shifts
- •Support the achievement of group KPIs
- •Maintain a safe and clean work environment
