Tasks

• •Oversee daily receiving, storage, and dispatch operations
• •Ensure accurate and timely receipt of goods
• •Monitor put-away processes for accuracy
• •Guarantee on-time and complete customer shipments
• •Plan warehouse layout and space management with the FLM
• •Exceed established KPI targets
• •Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff
• •Maintain effective daily communication
• •Support health, safety, and HR site investigations
• •Maintain inventory records and perform physical counts
• •Implement inventory control procedures to prevent loss
• •Resolve discrepancies in inventory records
• •Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• •Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
• •Train staff on safe work instructions and emergency procedures
• •Optimize logistics to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• •Verify that all products meet quality standards and SLAs
• •Manage returns, defective products, and quality control
