- Translate complex challenges into creative briefs
- Translate complex challenges into strategic frameworks
- Oversee integrated strategies for brand, digital, social, experience design
- Collaborate with Managing Director and Regional Head
- Drive organic growth in the DACH region
- Identify new business opportunities in DACH
- Lead high-stakes pitches and presentations
- Craft compelling narratives to win new business
- Expand current client remits
- Mentor strategists and planners
- Manage strategists and planners
- Foster team collaboration, growth, and innovation
- Analyze German market trends
- Analyze consumer behaviors
- Analyze emerging technologies
