- Proven track record building and scaling data led sales organisations across Germany or EMEA
- Deep expertise in CRM platforms and BI tools
- Strong commercial judgement and ability to translate data into actionable strategy
- Strategic thinking with strong focus on execution and results
- Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders including C suite
- Degree in Business, Economics, Data Science or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Fluency in English; German and additional European languages advantageous

- Develop senior customer relationships
- Establish sales analytics frameworks
- Identify growth opportunities and performance gaps
- Partner with Revenue Operations and BI teams
- Lead market segmentation and pricing strategy
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Align with Marketing, Product, and Finance
- Elevate CRM and sales technology usage
- Implement scalable sales processes
