- •Ability to define and execute product portfolios across multiple business units
- •Deep knowledge of cost structure and revenue streams for profitable growth
- •Experience in building and scaling product organizations
- •Ability to lead and influence in global, cross-functional organizations
- •Results and detail oriented with accountability for commitments
- •Effective communication skills including C-Level
- •Entrepreneurial experience
- •Automotive electronics and software technology experience (not required)
- •Senior Pre-Sales or Business development experience
- •Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when needed
- •Willingness to work in an office in North America, Germany, or India

- •Foster a high-performing product organization with best practices
- •Translate market insights and technology trends into transformative product opportunities
- •Ensure responsiveness to emerging market trends and technological shifts
- •Synchronize innovation and portfolio development with strategic goals
- •Accelerate innovation and time to market through technology scouting
- •Foster an innovative culture through collaboration with business units
- •Ensure coherence across the in-cabin product portfolio
- •Orchestrate cross-product synergies in user experience and technical design
- •Oversee pre-production car integration and product validation
- •Create compelling product demonstrators
