  • •Ensure effective portfolio governance for user-centric product lineups
  • •Define and monitor KPIs and control measures for business goals
  • •Champion a culture of entrepreneurial thinking and collaboration
  • •Foster a high-performing product organization with best practices
  • •Translate market insights into transformative product opportunities
  • •Respond to emerging market trends and technological shifts
  • •Synchronize innovation with long-term strategic goals
