Tasks

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handle HR administration and daily operational activities
  • Update and maintain employee data in HRIS systems
  • Draft employment documents, contract amendments, and reference letters
  • Coordinate with IT for employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Collaborate with the Workers Council
  • Maintain HR documentation and internal records
  • Support employee engagement and internal communication
  • Assist with daily HR and Office Management tasks
