Voice of Customer (VoC) Program Manager(m/w/x)
Designing and evolving a scalable VoC framework for European bike-sharing. End-to-end VoC program management experience required. Workation up to 4 weeks/year, 30 days holiday.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Fluent in German and English, written & spoken
- Extensive experience in Voice of Customer, Customer Experience, Customer Insights, or related roles
- Proven experience designing and running a VoC Program end-to-end
- Demonstrated experience applying agile project management and design thinking in cross-functional environments
- Strong analytical skills linking customer feedback/data to operational and commercial KPI
- Used to work cross-functionally in product-led organizations
- Deep customer empathy paired with pragmatic business judgment
- Ability to influence decisions and drive change
- Experience in mobility, marketplaces, SaaS, or consumer app-based business (strong plus)
Tasks
- Design and evolve a scalable Voice of Customer framework
- Define customer feedback collection across the rider lifecycle
- Analyze customer feedback from various sources
- Translate insights into prioritized recommendations
- Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support
- Drive implementation of VoC driven initiatives
- Track outcomes of VoC initiatives
- Own the VoC tool stack
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility
- Report progress to leadership
