- Analyze market trends and internal capacity
- Conduct SWOT analysis for investments
- Develop financial projections for programs
- Ensure investments align with corporate goals
- Generate regular performance reports
- Create performance forecasts
- Prepare clear and compelling executive communications
- Coordinate with Portfolio and Finance teams
- Define data requirements for reviews
- Standardize reporting templates
- Ensure integrity of performance data
- Support portfolio governance
