Requirements

  • Highly motivated graduate
  • International paid work experience abroad
  • European Union citizen (EU, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein)

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Computer Science or related field
  • Accurate work, clear communication, maintain structure and clarity
  • Experience or interest in C&B or labour relations (grading, compensation, payroll)
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheet skills
  • Familiar with Workday, Automation and AI solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret data into actionable insights
  • English language proficiency
  • German language proficiency (advantage)
  • Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity

  • Generate reports and present findings
  • Propose AI-driven grading recommendations
  • Collect and summarize company agreements
  • Describe reward policies and procedures
  • Participate in reward-related projects
  • Propose alternative compensation communication
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners
  • Support job evaluations and salary reviews
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
