- Act as a primary contact for maintenance support topics at NCE cluster production sites
- Translate maintenance strategy into effective plans for the sites
- Collect maintenance demands from sites for tool and plan updates
- Serve as the first line of contact for standard maintenance tool support
- Collaborate with local and cluster maintenance teams to improve maintenance measures
- Assess spare parts and inventory management status across different sites
- Implement spare part strategy, including coding in Maximo or SA
- Conduct periodic status follow-ups on spare parts
- Identify compliance gaps with group rules regarding maintenance needs
- Develop and optimize data within the CMMS
- Support production sites with CMMS application and functionality evolution
- Dedicate the first month to learning tools and meeting key stakeholders
- Master CMMS systems with expert support for effective response to requests
- Gradually take on more autonomous and complex tasks
- Write documentation and procedures related to maintenance tools
- Provide training to maintenance and operation teams
- Support sites in implementing and executing their maintenance programs
- Provide guidelines and standard maintenance plans for maintenance management
- Monitor and report using Power BI for maintenance support
- Contribute to the development and improvement of tools and maintenance programs based on site feedback
