Tasks

  • •Support the development and testing of digital transformation initiatives

  • •Organize and conduct training sessions for staff
  • •Facilitate cross-functional workshops to harmonize processes
  • •Gather requirements and drive change adoption across teams
  • •Design and implement performance indicators for all project phases
  • •Maintain the central implementation plan and track milestones
  • •Manage project interdependencies and high-impact goals
