Requirements

  • •Master's degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or similar
  • •Practical experience in Statics and Fatigue within Aerospace
  • •Basic knowledge of strength justification methods for metal and composite materials
  • •Basic experience in programming, e.g. Python
  • •Sense of responsibility and teamwork skills
  • •English language skills at negotiation level; German is advantageous
  • •Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity

Tasks

  • •Conduct structural evaluations and stress analyses during development phases
  • •Perform sizing and strength substantiation using hand calculations and FEM
  • •Prepare test programs and test orders, and supervise tests
  • •Create justification reports for static strength and fatigue
  • •Determine and justify service life, inspection, and maintenance intervals
  • •Address manufacturing deviations and define rework and repairs
  • •Manage customer service requests
